International Business Development & Sales Manager
Making Waves Sweden and Poland have successfully worked together on many different client engagements. Now we aim to enhance this collaboration and to increase the portfolio of Swedish clients working directly with our consultants from Poland.

Making Waves Poland is a digital full-service provider, with a strong focus on technical expertise. As the Business Developer, your main objective will be to create more business, leveraging the offering of our Polish branch. You will be solely responsible to drive this area of business forward, taking it to the next level.

Focusing on driving and growing sales of our Polish consultants, you will offer Swedish clients a qualitative digital solution to be delivered by our team in Krakow, who will work directly with the clients to understand and address their business needs.
You will actively identify, process, map and prospect new clients through new direct sales. The right person for this role thrives in understanding and identifying client needs and selling the right solution. To do this in the best way, you need a strong foundation within IT and Digital as well as technical depth.
Your main counterpart in the client organization will be the CTO. You will also work closely with the Polish team and can expect to visit the Krakow office once a month or at least every second month, with regular meetings and collaboration through digital channels.

- A technical background with knowledge of digital solutions
- Sales experience and a proven track record within sales
- International background or experience
- English and Swedish proficiency

- Experience of IT sales and/or outsourcing solutions and licenses
- Knowledge of the Polish language
